The Indian Hills Country Club Subdivision was developed by Thomas Cousins starting in 1969. Today the community consists of some 1,350 Single
Family Residences and 250 Condominium Units. Many of the homes date back to the early 1970's but due to prime location, excellent schools and
continued upgrades, these properties tend to command high prices. Additionally, many newer homes have replaced some of the original homes,
resulting in a wide range of properties being available in this sought after subdivision.
Due to the size of the subdivision, residents of the Indian Hills Country Club are served either by the East Side Elementary School,
East Valley Elementary School, Dickerson Middle School, East Cobb Middle School, Wheeler High School, or Walton High School.

Designed by renowned architect Joe Lee, most of the 27 holes incorporate lakes and creeks that add beauty to the contoured Bermuda grass
fairways, thick roughs and 81 bunkers. The smooth Crenshaw Creeping Bentgrass greens provide a true test to any golfer’s nerves.
Using the three distinctive nines, three challenging 18-hole, par-72 courses are crafted. Four sets of tees offer yardages ranging
from 5,145 to 6,667 providing a challenge for all skill levels. The facilities are open seven days a week.
The club offers a selection of internal golf associations. These associations provide the opportunity to participate in play-day competitions,
