Dallas GA is located just 35 miles North West of Atlanta. As a satellite city of a major US Metropolis, Dallas offers unbeatable home value - especially for new construction and recently constructed homes (less than 5 years old). Between 1990 and 2000, the population of Dallas has exploded by some 76% as new subdivisions have sprung up.
